Fresh off the plane from a whirlwind trip to Yasawa Island Resort, Melissa will be broadcasting this week from Maui Community College’s Fine Dining Experience: Class Act. We are excited to be supporting our local students as they acquire the skills to be top chefs, here in the islands and around the world! We will enjoy a 3 course meal prepared and served by students in the private dining room, and we’ll tell you all about our meal, and how you can also enjoy this unique experience here on Maui.
